One family’s experience
For six years Paul Hemond of Woonsocket has visited his wife, Jeanette, at The Holiday every day. He says her care for Alzheimer’s has been great, with staff always looking out for her needs.
So, when he needed rehabilitation following back surgery, Paul became a Holiday resident for a while, too. Daily therapy from “terrific people” got him back in shape to live independently while continuing to see Jeanette every day.
“I wouldn’t go anywhere else,” he concludes.
“They’ve been good to me and to her.”

We couldn’t be happier that my grandmother is here. The staff treat her just like she was a member of their family. They take the time to get to know what she likes and dislikes. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter where I go in the building the staff say ‘hello’ and remember my name. If she can’t be with me, I am glad she can be here. It’s just like family here. - Michelle Lebeau- granddaughter of Isabella Vallencourt
