All services are included in our all-inclusive monthly fee
MEALS: 3 meals are served daily in our accommodating dining room with a choice of entrée
TRANSPORTATION: local transportation to medical appointments, shops, banks, and other places of common interest on a pre-scheduled basis
SECURITY: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week protection. This includes not only direct access to assistance through an emergency call button system, but routine surveillance of the entire community.
HOUSEKEEPING: Routine weekly service includes carpet vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, changing bed linens and furniture dusting.
UTILITIES: Heat, air conditioning, water, and electricity.
MAINTENANCE: Routine and emergency building repairs, lawn care, snow removal, refuse removal, window cleaning, general upkeep of the building and grounds.
LINEN SERVICE: Includes weekly cleaning of your sheets and towels. Residents also have free use of our laundry facilities to clean their own personal clothing. They are located conveniently on each floor in the building.
SOCIAL/RECREATIONAL: An activities director to coordinate programs within the building and community. In addition residents can enjoy our recreational lounges, library, computer room, outdoor patio, and flower & vegetable gardens.
PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE PROGRAM: Includes exercise, health information, and health monitoring.

- EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE: Wyndemere Woods is staffed 24 hours a day. You will have an emergency medical alert system in your apartment. You will be able to summon assistance in an emergency
- REGULAR NURSE HOURS: Licensed nurses will review each assisted resident’s medical history and design a comprehensive health care plan. Independent residents are welcome to discuss any health issues or concerns at any time
