Yes. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture provided it fits safely within their accommodations.

There is no lease or down payment required at The Holiday. All that is required is the single standard monthly rent.

We have daily laundry and housekeeping services that are provided to every resident at no extra cost.

Do you allow residents to bring their pets?
Yes we do allow pets for residents who wish to bring them along. We feel that The Holiday should feel like home and pets can help do just that.

Yes. Staff is around 24 hours a day should any needs arise from any resident.

Every unit at The Holiday is set up to provide cable service for our residents at no additional cost.

Every unit is wired for phone lines; however each resident must supply their own phone service.
